The terms and conditions specified in the Uniform Straight Bill of Lading in the National Motor Freight Classification in effect on the date of pickup are hereby incorporated into this agreement and made a part hereof by reference. Terms and conditions of the referenced bill of lading will not apply to the extent inconsistent with the specific terms and conditions herein. This schedule is subject to, and governed by, Sunset Pacific Transportation rules. |

CARRIER LIABILITY FOR A SHIPMENT MOVING UNDER THIS RATE QUOTATION IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF:
* $1.00 USD PER POUND FOR NEW ITEMS
* $0.10 USD PER POUND FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT NEW,
* $10,000 USD PER SHIPMENT,
* OR ACTUAL VALUE OF ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED

| UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS CARRIER LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT DISCLOSED OR FOESEEABLE. |

A lower transportation price was provided in consideration of a lower carrier liability. Additional liability coverage for direct loss or damage is available from the carrier at additional cost. However, a higher declared value will not apply unless additional coverage is explicitly requested on the bill of lading AND charges for value above the default limits, without a request for additional coverage, will not alter carrier liability and will not result in additional charge. Carrier liability will not, under any circumstances, exceed the lesser of $25 ($5 for other than new USD per pound per lost or damaged package or $100,000 ($20,000 for other than new) USD per shipment. |

Shipments must be packaged in cartons, crates, or other packaging suitable for transportation by motor carrier. Failure to properly package items may release the carrier from any liability for loss or damage. |

This price quotation is applicable only on the shipment characteristics described on the rate quotation. It is applicable only when the Rate Quotation ID is shown on the original copy of the bill of lading provided to the carrier at time of pickup. The actual charges will be determined by shipment characteristics, weight, and applicable service charges of the actual shipment. Additionally, the rates and charges of this quote will only apply for shipments origination from (Pickup) or destined to (Delivery) trade shows when the appropriate Trade Show Additional Service Option has been included. If a trade show related quote is completed without inclusion of the Appropriate Service Option, the quote will not be applicable and charges will be adjusted. In the event you did not properly indicate the appropriate option, please resubmit to obtain correct rates and charges. |
| Because this shipment involves a point(s) not serviced direct by Sunset Pacific Transportation, the referenced transit time may vary depending on the transit time of the interline carrier. |
